"I needed a quote and In less then 30 minutes Shealee was able to get me out the door with full coverage insurance on my vehicle. With a host of coverages she was able to beat out the other guys by a few hundred dollars I love State Farm and will be here to stay! Other team members are great as well! "Throughout my phone call with Monic she was calm, kind and professional and helped set my head straight to what I thought were issues with State Farm transfering my information from out of State, not an issue with Monic. She reigned me in and set me straight and with expert knowledge, explained how the quote would work and quickly quelled my concerns. She accepted my apology and accepted my misunderstanding and we moved on from that moment, finalized the paperwork and carried on through. She descalated, re-railed the car and kept the business of the day moving forward. A model agent that I look forward to having manage our account."
